I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, I think having a dedicated cleaner for your sex toys can be a delightful addition to your collection.
This easy-to-use soft foam cleaner and its anti-bacterial sensory goodness is a real treat. The smell is light and clean and makes me think of hand soap in elementary school, in a good way.
The directions suggest you pump the foam onto a soft cloth and wipe down your toy before rinsing. I used that method, along with pumping the foam directly onto a toy and then wiping it clean, and both did the job quite well, although, I used a little more product when I applied the foam directly to the toy surface rather than onto a cloth, so the cloth is probably the more fiscally responsible option, however, I enjoy the feeling of the silky soft foam which adds to the ritual of the whole process.
You can absolutely use any of your favorite unscented antibacterial soaps to clean your toys, and even toss them into the dishwasher if you have one, but personally, with kids, work, and a household to take care of, I need to be able to separate and appreciate all the sexy aspects of my life. And for me, that means not using the same soap to clean my toys as when I’m exasperated and washing my hands or dishes. It is all about creating a specific mood and mindset.
