Easy Pico de Gallo recipe

Pico de Gallo is one of my favorite healthy snacks paired with salty tortilla chips and guacamole. Enjoy!

Pico de Gallo

Course Appetizer
Prep Time 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 4-5 small tomatoes (2 large)
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 jalapeno remove seeds for less heat
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 TBS lime juice (or one lime)
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  • combine all ingredients and serve immediately, or chill for 30 mins to allow flavors to blend before serving
