Pico de Gallo is one of my favorite healthy snacks paired with salty tortilla chips and guacamole. Enjoy!
Pico de Gallo
- 4-5 small tomatoes (2 large)
- 1/2 onion
- 1 jalapeno remove seeds for less heat
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 TBS lime juice (or one lime)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- combine all ingredients and serve immediately, or chill for 30 mins to allow flavors to blend before serving
